1. What Sales Pitch Generator does

Sales Pitch Generator reads publicly accessible pages on a website you nominate, identifies commercial signals relevant to an offering you describe, and generates a pitch report, a LinkedIn message and a sales email. Output is generated by an automated system and is a starting point for your own judgment, not professional advice.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and using Sales Pitch Generator for business purposes. A free preview does not require an account. Payment is collected at checkout; you do not need to create an account to unlock a report. Keep your report link if you want to return to it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sales Pitch Generator to:

• Analyze sites you are prohibited from accessing, or attempt to defeat access controls, paywalls or robots directives.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or equivalent law in the recipient's jurisdiction.
• Generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or presents generated hypotheses as verified fact.
• Resell, sublicense or systematically redistribute report output as your own product.

4. What we access

Sales Pitch Generator reads only pages that are publicly reachable without authentication and that the site's robots.txt permits. We do not log in, submit forms, or bypass access restrictions. If a site blocks automated access we stop and tell you, and you are not charged.

5. Accuracy and your responsibility

Reports distinguish confirmed facts, labelled hypotheses, and validation questions. Hypotheses are inferences and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every report and message before you act on or send it, and for any claim you make to a third party on the basis of it.

6. Payment

Reports are sold individually at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable sales tax. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. See the refund policy for when a charge is reversed.

7. Ownership

You own the reports and messages generated for you and may use them commercially. We retain ownership of the service, its prompts, models and interface. Source material quoted in a report remains the property of its publisher; quotation is limited to what is necessary to evidence a signal.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any outreach you send.

9. Termination

You may stop using Sales Pitch Generator at any time and delete your reports from the history screen. We may suspend an account that breaches section 3.

10. Changes and governing law

We will post material changes to these terms on this page and, where the change affects paid reports, notify account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
